About This Game

Core Design's belt-scrolling beat-'em-up, originally pitched as Streets of Rage 4 before Sega passed and it became its own thing. The N64 port arrived two years after the PS1 version with mildly cleaner textures; it's a common cart but a clean boxed copy is harder to land than the loose-cart price suggests.
